When I became a mama in 2011, I felt the urge to expand and deepen this blog space as a new labor of love to include FLOW’s original, sustainable fitness and body awareness practices – plus – my tender reflections of what it means to be connected and attached to that divine source of strength, peace and love within.  Whether you’re in the throes of the body wars or finding peace with food and your body, a brand new mom who’s trying to find some balance or an experienced yogini — I hope you’ll find FLOW’s healthy teachings, new findings, and personal musings as a way to connect with your own body, spirit and life experience. ~ Caroline Gebhardt, owner/teacher, FLOW Training
